I've been using Opera Mini on my 8310 for a few weeks now and everytime I connect for the first time it asks if Opera can access the network.

Of course I want to allow it. Is there a way to always allow access, and get rid of this message ? ?

I have tried setting all permissions to ALLOW as a test, and it still gave me that pop up. I don't think that is one you can actually disable.

You can enable the firewall. This will prevent the message from appearing. It may cause some issues with other apps, though. Options => Security Options => Firewall
