Did you post directly to the file?? Posting directly to the file is a no-no while posting to a site describing and then posting to the file is okay.

anyone got a report on .144?? i'm gonna finally upgrade from .76 so it'll either be .133 as the safe bet or .144 although i'm hearing .144 still doesn't deal with the word wrap issue

Downloading .144, I hope it fixes my ring tone duplicates in edit profile.

Let us know what else you notice with .144, thanks.

Is it just me who thinks. .144 sucks? Lower memory, less snappier and battery life seems to be back at post .133 levels.
Device history: 8100 > 8320 > 8900 & 9530. Keep crackin'

One way to find out, I will let you guys know. In the process of loading up.
EDIT: .144 is working just as good as .133 and lower memory? No
less snappier? No
Can't comment on the battery life as of yet.
EDIT2: The battery life seems to be the same as .133.

Anyone else have random dropped UMA calls on .144?
-
I upgraded last night and I have noticed the battery life is much better. I think it is just as fast (some screens seem faster). I didn't really pay attention to free memory before hand. But overall I am happy with it.
I have to say the 8900 rocks. It is a really nice phone. If .144 increases the battery life I will be completely satisfied.

Today is my first real test on battery life. I'll have WiFi and BT on all day. On .133 I nearly killed the 8900 not trying to with no BT, I was down to 15% battery by 8pm or so and didn't even use it to listen to music at the gym. Not a heavy day of usage either, by my own standards with calls and texts (coming from an old K1 that was still holding up extremely well battery wise). I hope .144 does well for me, thus far the battery life has been my only real gripe, that and UMA handoff.

If you are using a first release 8900 you may need to exchange it. There are known battery/standby issues with the first release devices. I had horrible battery life with my first 8900.
Currently I am running .144 and have wifi aand BT on all the time. I don't power use the device by any means... I abuse my Bold and just use the 8900, I unplugged it at 0800 yesterday morning. Browsed on a flight to Washington (State) and received a few calls. IT is now 0912 the next day and it is down by 1 bar.
This is pretty good considering the first device would go down one bar during a 10 minute phone call.

None what so ever, it looks like everyone has their own little problems.
