Odd problem wit 4.5 HTML email

Whenever I retrieve images in my email, the 1 unread message indicator gets stuck on top! No matter what I do. Then I highlight my email icon and it says (1), even when it's completely empty! I have to do a battery pull everytime. This is quite depressing.

Are you closing or deleting the email before it completes loading the images? I have noticed that on my 8320 running 4.5.0.52 that will often cause the email to appear as unread. Also have you tried the "Mark Prior Opened" command instead of a battery pull?

Yes you should see images with 4.5 with most emails. Try resending your service books, do a battery pull and then go into your email options and you should see an otion for html email. Just enable that option and any new emails you receive should have images included after pressing menu get images.
    Hope that helps.
