Hello, i am fixing a blackberry for someone at my dads work. the issue is that it will not pull emails, the settings are identical with my pearl(8100). he has changed the device in the past year, i made sure to go though the "change device" option but still no luck. any ideas?

NOTE: by the way, all it says about it on the t-mobile website is that its the blackberry curve titanium, since there is no GPS, and there is WIFI i figured it was the 8320.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ Is it on BIS or BES?
Is it work email or webmail (yahoo or gmail)?
Is it not coming at all? Or just slow?
Did u resend service books and register on the network?

i believe gmail and yahoo work. webmail.mailtrust.com is the provider.

by the way, how do you register onto the network? that is most likely the problem.

To re register on the network.Go to options> advanced options> host routing table> hit menu and click register. You should get a text saying your blackberry has been registered. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

You also should resend the service books. TMO told me that registration is just for intenet and service books were for email. There should be a set up email icon on your home page wher you cam resend the service books.
