No Unlock Code Received But Credit Card Charged

I went to www.gsmphonesource.com and purchased an unlock code for an at&t. Yet, after 48 hours, I haven't received an unlock code nor did I receive an email stating that they couldn't find an unlock code either. I have called them and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I left a message and no call has been returned to me. The money was already charged to my credit card, but no service provided. Has anyone else had this issue?

They have a good reputation with pinstack. I have never heard of any complaints.

He has always responded to my emails. I'm pretty sure that your refund is on its way. Let us know what happens.

That's why I used them because I had read good things about them on Pinstack.

i would try to email them if they don't refund you or get the code if you have a credit card call your credit card and dispute it, if you used a bank issue debit card from your checking account you can always go into the bank and they will file a dispute for you most banks will give you a credit to your account right away.
I know most people don't trust ebay but sellers with good reputations like fastcellunlock they are really good at keeping you updated because they don't like to loose their reputation or want negative feed back so if that don't work you could try ebay as i usually sugest to people to check feedback on ebay before purchasing anything and their feed back scores most reliable sellers will have a 99.+ feed back score.

I don't have problem with them. Well, I use their service back in 2007, though. Great experience at that time. I hope they keep up their good service.

I would contact them. There is obviously an error. I have unlocked 6 phones through them and their service is outstanding. I refered numerous people to this site as well and they agree.

Also, I did have a contact request and the responce was late at night. The person I believe does this work after their day job. You will most likely receive the unlock code late late at night, possibly in the wee hours of the morning

Dont panic....I can tell you from experience that they do not communicate much but they are reliable. I am sure you will either get your code or a refund, but I would bet you dont get any other emails....

Absolutely true. I did get the code yesterday the 3rd of june 2008. Kudos to Adam. I want everybody to reach them for unlocking. Usually I dont respond , if not really satisfied, I wanted to reply to my message because, it did work for me , ofcourse it took 38 hrs instead of 36. But no regrets at all. I dont want to be a bad mouth for GMPhonesource
    Cheers

I went directly to AT&T for the unlock code several weeks ago. They said I had to wait 72 hours. I received a request confirmation email but not the code. I called after 72 hours and they gave me the code, on the spot, no problem.

My understanding is a recent law states your carrier has to give you the unlock code for free. It worked for me. The girl asked me if I was requesting it because I was going to travel overseas, I said yes.
