ok so i dont have an outlook express account, but my blackberry options on syncing are only outlook and ascii importer exporter. my address book syncs to outlook, and when i try to sync my memo or tasks or calendar the only option is ascii.

so how do i find my stuff in outlook if i dont have an account, and where or what is ascii?

thanks if u can help that would be nice.

this is because outlook express stores info in a different manner than regular outlook. It is a totally different program than outlook and thats why the desktop manager can't sync it properly. Outlook express is part of of internet explorer and uses internet explorers encryption level which is processed differently on virtually every machine. If you need outlook i can hook you somehow if you would like.
