I would move the thread to the BES thread here.... http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...essionals.html

You will get more help there most likely. Hope that helps. Welcome to the stacks!

Ask long as he has the BES service enable on his account there should be no issue. And sorry tthorne but the redirector is the last thing anyone should ever do. to many parts to fail.

Carriers have no bearing on activating a BB on a BES. All you need to do is make sure the BB has enterprise service through the provider. Then treat as usual.

Redirector also only works as long as your notebook/desktop is on and running. If you're in a situation like a lot of companies these days, you plug your laptop into a docking station and take it home at night. When you turn it off to take it home, no more redirector.

Yes it will work. I have a Verizon, Sprint, AT&T all on one BES. You should not have a problem, just activate it like normal.
it's always greener with the other carrier...

We have more than 80 users from around the world on our BES. We also have more than one provider service for our company BB's. It shouldn't be a problem to add this user to your BES as long as they have the BlackBerry Enterprise Server plan for their phone.

My BES couldn't care less what provider you use, as long as your using a BB device to connect.

Yep, this is why I hate it, the cleaning lady in your office can know you off of it. Setting it up on a laptop would be a major FOXPAW, as that is usally mobile too.

yes welcome the best thing about the BES is it isnt racist to different carriers, so you can mix and match all carriers on a single server
