One thing that has changed that I definately don't like is email deleting. It seems to have lost the "Delete on handheld and mailbox" option. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I just had to upgrade a few 8300's for the exec's here at the office and all of them have the "Delete on handheld and mailbox" option still. All have BES and BIS accounts. Try to resend your service books.

You probably just need to re-enable this option...

From your email go to options > email reconciliation > choose the message service you want to edit (desktop if bes, an email address will show for bis accounts) > change the delete on option to prompt.

You should have already had that option. You have to enable a security setting to get it though. Sorry I don't remember which one.

Try resending your service books and the option should come back
