Yup...as Melissa said: the BB browser icon doesn't come up with any OS except O2.

I suspect it's due to one or two of the files that specifically reference browser / WAP gateways (net_rim_bb_sbinjector_lib.cod, for example). I'm wondering if we use the version from the O2 release with other OS release if:
    1) DM will actually load it to the Curve
    2) it will work without scragging the Curve
    3) it will actually work as intended, allowing us to receive browser svc books from TMo with the most recent OS's

I'll happily send my copy of this file, from the O2 release, to anyone who wants to try dropping into their own desktop config with a later OS release to see if they can coax desktop manager into loading it on their Curve (which will likely need the classic: delete svc books, pull battery and replace, reregister, resend svc books from TMo BIS page).

Only downside is no OTA installations?

Why do you want the media player from voda on o2? Because of the volume boost?

I don't think it's possible to do that sorry

If I have time this weekend I would be happy to give it a try.

I don't have a server accessible right now to host the file. Any place I can send it or upload it to?
