I'm not going to argue with you. You say you're trying to help. OK, thank you for your help.

Now, if it's all the same to you, I'll go ahead and at least try to get it to work.

Maybe this sounds corny, but my father always told me that "Can't never could". I've accomplished a lot of things that never would have been possible, had I not tried.

@ lbsevydiva, I'm sorry. I didn't understand your question earlier. I wasn't trying to be rude, I just didn't know about that issue.

I believe I will be able to help with this, but not until I get home tonight.

I'll be updating about this later.

Last I heard from her, she wasn't able to get DM to move the service books to her device. I'm not sure where the failure is, but I'm supposed to be helping her out woth that tomorrow.

BTW, the I'm apps do work on AT&T. They just don't work consistently. It takes a while (and several attempts) to get signed in. Then they seem to just log out at random. There was someone on BBF, that I passed the books on to, that has had better success.

They dont work dude... If you cant stay logged on, if you cant even get to the point that you see your buddy list and you cant even send a IM. That is the definition of not working. All of these things point to the service book not authenicating with the right carrier.

NOTE : when the service book is loaded onto the device it will try to connect and sometimes it will but as soon as the server trys to authenticate the service book again, it will kick you off eventually you will get a error message..

just out of curiousity, why wouldn't you just use JiveTalk or IMPlus or WebMessenger and avoid all of this service book madness? not to mention you gain multi-client abilities with all....
