    Need Help with Enterprise Server

I just got this 8320 and also just started a new job. The help desk sent me instructions on how to get my work email on my BB. The problem is that the instructions are to either go to the Enterprise server icon (which I don't have) or go to options/advanced options/enterprise server activation, which I don't have either. Anyone know what I need to do. the help desk at my company can't seem to help me. thanks!

Does your company support BES (Blackberry Enterprise Service)?

Otherwise you can set up your email on either your provider web site or with the set up email icon on your BB desktop.

it should be under options/advance/enterprise server. If not maybe resend your service books. Call your provider to get the enterprise activation option. you might have to pay extra to get the BES not just BIS. Good luck
