    Need Help with 8320 Tmobile

    Call logs and messages started dissapearing, LOW MEMORY, im below 10MB, I have tried everything, uninstalling apps, there is literally nothing on the device that is foreign, everything is stock. looking for any tips or tricks that will help boost memory.

    did you do a battery pull after you uninstalled the apps?

    yes, ive even done a master reset after clearing the apps out . still below 10MB

    Clear Event Log
    Press ALT + LGLG
    Menu/Blackberry Button
    Select Clear Log


    what is this? and how does it affect the phone? I dont want to screw my phone up.

    It is just a event log. I've never needed it. I actually disabled mine so it doesn't log anything.

    it does say warning by it when you access it. seems as though it may be important.

    Yes it does (Event Log (warning). If you delete it the log will repopulate. I would just delete it and see what happens.
