    dragon,

I'm trying to understand what you're asking here. Are you physically moving e-mails from the Inbox on your PC to another folder and you expect that to be reflected on your device?

Please explain further so that we can assist you.

    Thanks,
    Roger

Check your General Options for e-mail. If you don't have "Hide Filed Messages" set to "yes", the e-mails that you file will look like they are still in your inbox.

When you hide your filed messages, you can still view them on your blackberry by the "view folder" function.

    Dragon,

Do you use Outlook or some other e-mail client?

Do you have rules set up to move the e-mails to other folders or do you simply drag and drop the e-mails to different folders?

If you're using rules on your PC e-mail client, the only e-mails that will get forwarded to your device are the ones that are sent to and remain in the Inbox. E-mail push only works on e-mails delivered to the Inbox, and e-mails pushed to your device will go into both the master Messages folder and the folder for that individual e-mail account.....nowhere else.

If you're dragging and dropping e-mails from the Inbox on your PC to other folders, this does NOT also happen on the device. In fact, while I believe this is possible if you are a BES user, if you are a BIS user, I don't think there is a way to save e-mails in any other folder than the Saved Messages folder. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here. There is probably a 3rd party application that can do this.

Hope this makes sense and answers your question.

    Roger
