    Mute Key Change?

At the beginning of the year I had an 8320 and to put the phone in standby all i had to do was tap the mute key.

I tried an iphone out for a few months then decided it wasn't near all it was cracked up to be and got myself another 8320.

This one has a newer firmware and now i have to hold the mute key down for second or two to put it in standby.

Does anyone know how I can get it back to just pressing it instead of holding it?
It might not seem like that big of a deal but i find it very annoying.

    Thanks.

Yea I've had 2 8320's now, the first being 2 days before the official release for the t-mobile 8320 and both of them I had to hold down for a few seconds. I think you just got lucky with that first one....one of a kind. Something might of caused that button to malfunction, in a good way.

    hmm. thats weird.
    thanks though.
i might look around to see if there is a file you can edit on the phone or another way to get it to work just by pressing it.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ my first curve I had when it first came out. I always had to hold the mute key down for a second to turn into stand by mode.
