    You may be with a carrier that isn't t-mobile..as of now only they are supported.. But I am in the process of trying to get msn and aim rim native clients to work on other networks. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    Ok the only way for the native clients to work is if your carrier sends you the service books.

    You're better off just using jivetalk, webmessenger or another multi-client IM. Its a lot easier and less of a hassel.

    There is a thread in the third party applications forum that explains it. But your best bet is to use the other clients.
