Thanks for that. I'm always looking for an easier, faster way to encode my videos. I'll give this a try....

It might have been the resolution it was encoded at, or you just didn't put your phone on fullscreen.

Press menu, full screen, if that's the problem. If its the aspect ratio, you will have to fool around with the settings on the converter you used to match your screen size.

Videora makes several versions of the converter for different phones. I have the Videora for Bold converter and it has a toggle for full screen or widescreen.
I used to use the iphone version and it doesn't let you set resolution. You may have the iphone version. Go back to the site and surf around till you find the BB version.

There's also a DVD Video Soft site here that's supposed to have a suite of converters for everything. I can't say whether it's easy to use or not but it's free - you might DL and see if you can find something to help you in there.

I'm using the bb version of the videora n the screen is small...large enuff to see the entire movie but too small to catch the details. Maybe I'll try the ipod or the bold version since those are larger screens....anyone else thinks I should go with sumthing else? I just want to be able to have the movie fit the entire screen
