When i purchased my Blackberry 8310, the salesperson told me about getting 1GB cards of extra memory to hold more pictures and music.
Any opinions on best size / type cards or where to get them from at the cheapest price?
Thanks from FL
ebay usually has them at the lowest price, but they are usually in Hong Kong so it takes a while for it to get to you.
size wise im using just a 1 gb, cause I dont use my bberry for music. You can get higher cards, but it depends on your os version on how high you can go.
I got a 2gb from NewEgg.com for about $7.
thats what i'm talking about.

Ioriginally had a 2gb but quickly ran out of space. By switching to a 4gb I have adequate space (for now) for my mp3's. I have a little over 300 songs that I've ripped from my CD's. I listen to my music frequently, often times for over 4 hrs. a day and always through the speaker with power boost on. Over 200 of these songs also double as ring tones for my contacts. I've heard rumors that 6gb is recognized now by the device OS but don't know which version of the OS supports this card. I would also recommend a Google search for your card of choice. Good Luck.
4.2.1x and below supports up to 2gb
4.2.2x - 4gb
4.3.xxx - 6gb
4.5.xxx - 8gb
