Try sending a smaller image, also make sure you have a capital EDGE when sending pictures/sound/etc.. For some reason there is a limit on filesize with tmo. I was having the same problem for a while.

Delete your MMS service book by goin to Options, advance options, Look for your MMS Service book, Delete it, Reboot device (pull out battery while device is still on, wait 30 sec to put the battery back in), When your device is back up and running, log in to your BIS and then resend service book.

    Goodluck!

    Re: MMS not working

This could just fall under the ongoing problem that TMO still hasn't corrected in regards to their MMS service???

The technical term for this is called, "hit or miss picture messaging"
    Gotta love TMO
    Good luck

I was having the same problem on ATT. Finally called ATT and it turns out that they had that feature disabled on my account. Just a thought.

So i did what you said, and now i'm able to at least send a MMS picture... but gives me an error saying that i can't retreive it..

"coule not retreive message content. try again later"

at least this is a move forward
