Your phone should have Documents 2 Go loaded on it. If not, get a copy of your OS loaded onto your PC, then you can install Docs2Go onto your device.

Most of the OS's are "stickied" at the top of the 8900 forum.

Wait are you on an 8900 or an 8310? Your profile says 8310. If you're on the 8900, go here and select your device to download the OS. It's a little more current than the one you have. Are you on AT&T or T-Mobile? Following link is for AT&T.

Nope. You're good to go. On your PC, navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\AppLoader. Delete the file at the bottom called vendor.xml and then you can launch DM and pick and choose what you want to load, including Docs2Go.
