    Both - but only one at a time.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~i can't speak for the 2 gig MicroSD card but my 4 gig MicroSDHC card is sooooo slow. It takes about 3 hours to load it up. That's after formatting ot so its performing optimally. I've learned to first copy everything that I want on my media card to a temporary folder and then copy that temp folder to the Blackberry in one very long very slow shot.

    @Bartok

    If your transfering music, I highly reccoment using WMP 10 or 11 (can't remember which one it is exactly). You can use the "Sync" tab and transfer whatever songs/videos you want on your BB. The best part is, once it goes to the "Sync List" you can go through and edit it some more before you put it on your BB, and both library's are displayed at the same time.

    Instruction of putting the memory card in your curve should be in the instruction booklet that came with the device

    To format, simply just put your memory card in your curve, go to options, Media Card, then Format.
