    memory 100% used

    as i was having a problem with one of my apps settings not savings, i went to media -> explore -> device memory -> properties, only to find that its 100% used. i tried deleting a program and 2 wallpaper images that i have, i already deleted all sample stuff that comes using maxmem including ptt...

    it still say 100% used...any ideas as to how i can have some more memory in there? just fyi...when i click alt+shift+h, i have 11.5 mb on my at&t 8300 with 4.5.0.102...thanks!

    You might try to go into your messege folder and do a search and see how many messeges are filed up in there just open messege folder click search anthen click search again and clear your log files.

    Are you storing media in device memory? That will fill it up quickly....

    sorry...i shud have mentioned this in my post...but yes i have a external mem card to which i download stuff to and store all my media and other files. its only 60% full. i did not clear my log and stuff...may be i shud do that too...

    update: i cleared my log and still same thing 100% used!

    update 2: i went into my folders and deleted some unused folders that some other programs put in there and boom it came to 16% used!

    Try doing a battery pull once a day as well. A battery pull a day keeps bb problems away.
