I agree, supply and demand! 8800 should hold it's price for now as the "business" model, although all phones will eventually drop in price.

Archer- I swear that my TMO store in Cali gave me 30 days to return, I've even been credited back on my credit card.

At TMO, 14 days to return when you walk into a TMO store, 20 days if you order online, and 30 days for anything in Cali. BTW - they didn't charge me any restocking fee (as mentioned in the link below) probably because I kept my service intact:

I'm so over suretype.. I really want to go back to qwerty but i'm not willing to give up the camera. The only thing that held me back from getting a 8800.

I've been waiting for this for a while now.. and then this curve thing drops. I highly doubt anyone will get the 8320 now that has the wifi/video recording... and now we have to wait another month!?!? boo .

same here - no camera in todays age, no go. They should have made the 8800 like Treo does - two formats with and without camera!

...that's the whole intent of the 83XX line. I know the 8300 doesn't have GPS but it doesn't necessarily mean that a future release won't. In short:

    81XX - SureType, camera
    83XX - full qwerty, camera
88XX - full qwerty, no camera

It's dirt simple to do that with GSM. Why hasn't there been any leaked info on a CDMA 83XX though? That makes me doubtful about any simultaneous GSM and CDMA release of the 8300 (besides, the CDMA 83XX would have a different model number).

The 9XXX's are too far out to even consider unless you're looking to buy in a 1-2 year timeframe. You pick based on what you want/need. I want a camera, GPS and full qwerty.

My contact at Cingular, a reliable guy, says he only has heard that the Curve will arrive before the end of Q2, so that is anywhere from 1 to 57 days away.

I noticed Danger is doing that with the sidekicks now also.

    I would gladly take a 8800 with a camera

    Re: May 7th?

I'm thinking late may or maybe beginning of june for tmo to get the 8320 or 83xx. Whatever its called. Lol. But I haven't even heard anything from tmo about the release of that device even though they like to keep things under wraps. But when it comes out ill be the first person to have one. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
