Nice feature rich phone. Has many good things to offer...wi-fi, navi, decent camera, direct connect...etc...

However, the iden network's coverage is spotty, I deal with alot of garbled calls and missed calls that go straight to voice mail. Also the web speed is very slow unless you're on wifi.

Very good phone / Poor network

I will switch to Niagara when available. CDMA network much better.

This 8350i is the shiznit. I also have an 8gig in mine got it for 20bucks online. i just cant get streaming videos like on youtube, but it has great features, very nice upgrade for nextel phones. ive learned to build my own themes which is cool once you figure it out, its pretty easy. i think you will enjoy the phone i live in houston i have a great signal all the time

I would agree that the key question before buying this phone is what is your location? I'm in Jersey, the mid-atlantic corridor, where Nextel is pretty tight. Some areas of the country have not fared so well. I've had great luck with the 8350i

    Thumbs up Area

Im in Houston Texas, sprint/nextel is one of the major wireless carriers here so the signal is great, wifi works pretty good too
