    when I lock the phone the ID calls won't work on OS 4.5

    Hi to every ones, I just upgrade my bb8300 to O.S.4.5 and it works fine exept for the next issue:
    I changed the security Options to lock up my phone, so when it lock up and a call is comming the Id call won't work, is there any way to fix it?

    I have the same issue with mine also. when it is locked it will not show the picture the name of the person calling and the assigned ringer doesnt work it uses the ringer i use as a default; but it does show the number as if the person was not in my address book. i am trying the content protection right now. will let you know

    Um that's the point of locking ur phone. If u lose it and someone finds ur phone it's locked and they can't see the name that calls u.
