Loading phone book to CURVE SIM

I received my CURVE today and would like to know if there is an easy way to tranfer all my contacts to the new Sim card in one shot. I have transferred my contacts from my old sim card to the curve but now need to copy them to the new sim. I know you can do one contact at a time but I was wondering how to transfer them all at one time, if it can be done that way. Anyone?

The switch device from DM doesn't copy to sim...I'll try the link and see if it helps me out. Thanks!

Re: Loading phone book to CURVE SIM

saving to the sim limits a lot of options. No matter what device you replace the cuve with it will be easy to transfer contacts from the Curve's address book.

In my case I followed the 1st step you also took:

    Import All Contacts
You can import all contacts from the SIM card to the address book on your handheld by following these steps:
    1. On the handheld Home screen, click the Address Book icon.
    2. Click the trackwheel and select SIM Phone Book. The SIM phone book is loaded.
    3. Click the trackwheel and select Copy All To Address Book.

I use picture ID, custom tones etc so have no desire to save to SIM. Plus over 1000 contacts so they won't all fit on the SIM either.

    good luck!

does saving it the sim actually save all the information in the contact/address card, or just the number?

Name and one phone number. I think this is the reason you can only add one contact at a time, it wouldn't know which number to save.

    Hope this helps.
