    I've had my Verizon 8330 for a month. Several weeks ago, Comcast and Blackberry servers stopped talking to eachother. That was fixed after a day, but since then, the email addresses I specified as Level 1 on the Verizon blackberry site do not come in red, as they did formerly. PIN messages still come in red, though. I've re-sent service books, deleted and re-installed my email account, but nothing has changed. Any recommendations?

    PROBLEM SOLVED. Turns out there is a box on the Blackberry admin site, but not on the Verizon Blackberry Site, that can be checked to IGNORE Level 1 messages. The second Blackberry tech support guy I talked to found it in two minutes. The first guy spent two hours trying to solve the probloem.
