Any difference or bug fixes when compared to the Rogers 4.6.1.94??
(I hope it would fix the text box word wrap issue. Damn annoying. >

Thanks ranx ~ double checked and it's working.

.109 doesn't seem to have the "now playing" menu selection when there is media playing in the back ground..

My application loader is recognising that that there is a newer OS version installed, but when I click on it, and then 'next', it searches and then a message says 'no software update is required for your device' What do I do now?

You need to delete any existing OS that may be installed on your PC and also delete the vendor.xml file
from PC.
Follow instructions in the "How To" thread I posted in the OP and you should be good to go.
-
I have wiped the existing OS. Following the info of how to install the new OS, I'm still getting the same message when I try to upload via applications wizard
-
Did you delete the vendor.xml file?

Hi Milz,
Whats your current situation, any progress?
Make sure you have done the following:
1. Deleted any existing Operating systems from your PC
2. Downloaded an operating system that is for your specific device.
3. Installed on your PC after downloading (the file you Dl'd is an installer and must be executed)
4. Deleted the vendor file (if this is not from your original carrier) Found here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
Then try this. In the same directory as above, launch the application called LOADER
Make sure your device is attached directly to your PC, not an external hub, and whatever you do, do NOT disturb or unplug the device during the upgrade, no matter how long it seems to be taking. Unless you get an error message on your PC, the application is still at work.
