Someone else may know for sure, but I think you just have to delete all of your service books and then resend them to your Berry.

You just need to make sure all of the email accounts associted with that phone are only the ones you want. You can use the personal email setup feature on your phone to see what accounts are associated with that phone. Delete any accounts you don't want.

i think that u have to clic the "config mail" icon and then create a new account.
if u se an option that can dump the previous user data
i think that the mail is also linked to the pin of the phone

Hopefully you got this resolved. If not the best way to fix this is to sign into your BIS account and make sure everything is configured correctly

    Good luck

The first thing to do is to go to your service books, and delete all of them EXCEPT the provisioning (in all caps if there is a second) once there is only the one in the list go to the HRT Host Routing Table. Pick one of them, doesn't matter which and register on it. That's all you have to do. If you are still getting the emails, check with your providers services and make sure that your PIN and IMEI are registered.

    Liquid,

If deleting the service books did not help then I would suggest you perform a device wipe. (Options - Security - General - Menu - Wipe Device).

First back up your data bases, wipe, resend your service books, and restore your data.
