JVM Error 547 flash write failed... uh-oh!!!

I think I goofed and really messed something up. I was in my media folder looking at some pictures and changed the picture setting to list them by name and not by the most recent. I backed out to save and it was taking forever to finish so I did a battery pull to reset the device. When my BB powered back on I now get the error message "JVM Error 547 - flash write failed" Scroll for available commands. The options I have are...
    • reset
    • continue
    • VM internal test
    • VM Times
    • VM Stats
    • uptime
    • track time slices
    • secure old objects
    • secure device mode
    • secure app mode
    • show VMpreserve
    • sanity check enable
    • reset uptime
    • RAM stats
    • print GC info
    • original message
    • MEM stats
    • LOG thread IDS to OS eventlog
    • log stack traces
    • iRAM stats, hibernate
    • heap shrink
    • file system stats
    • eventlog to bugdisp
    • dump logged stack traces
    • delete persistent store
    • delete persistent objects
    • delete modules
    • delete fixups
    • delete event log
    • debug mode
    • debug messages
    • catfail
    • breakpoint
    • attach debugger after reset
    • attach debugger
I'm have no idea where to go from here but at the moment my BB is out of comission, I've tried the continue option but it leads me back to the error "JVM Error 547 - flash write failed", I also tried the reset option and it takes me back to the same error again "JVM Error 547 - flash write failed".

If I ever needed help from the Stackers, now is the time... LOL

Did some quick searching and looks like your best bet is reinstalling the Operating system. If anyone else has a different answer please chime in.

Correct you will only be able to get back the things saved on your last back up.
