Very good deal. I just bought 2 curves on ebay for 250 each. Perfect condition. No scratches. I unlocked one of them for my daughter. She's on Tmo.

Iwould say not such a good price as it ca be gotten new for lessor the same without the scratches, but I am anal about those things (if not unlocked even higher as you will need to pay to get it unlocked, unless you have an account with Suncom or AT$T and then you may get it unlockd for free (I say these providers as they are the only ones who released th 8300, and Suncom released very few and then changed to the 8310).
Oh you're right, I think it is a pouch. I was confused by a different listing. Ya, the one I am getting is likely a pouch then, but that's OK, I would never actually put it on my belt, it's just to protect it while in my pocket.

That's an excellent deal without a contract. I would pay that price if there's no contract extension. Some paid more with a contract extension. Way to go.

Wow! With all the prices you guys are throwing out,I got effin ripped off! Oh well, I still love my curve. 450.00 and I'd let myself pay that much again for this amazing phone!

Yeah but most of those prices wre a while ago and the catch is that this phone is used (nothing wrong with that just when doing comparisons between contract extensions, then you are getting a new device and not a used device) and this is also an 8300, which you can't compare as well as the features are not the same as on the ohter models. You must compare like to like. I could say that I got 2 units for $75 with a one year contract (which I did) but it wouldn't be a fair comparison as I got a small contract and I got an 8320 brand new, se my point about apples to apples? I think the deal is okay, but for that price I woukld expect ione without scratches (A short while ago, I could buy them all day long for $299 without contract extension).

I bought two used 8320s on craigslist. One was perfect for $200 but didn't come with anything but the phone. The other was $140 and came with the box and charger, but was lightly scuffed up. I sold it the next day for $250, making my net cost $90 for mine. I already have an extra charger and cable I can use. Used was the only way I could go without extending my contract or paying the outrageous $449 from Tmobile.

I am with AT&T and I paid $69.99 for my Curve 8310. I signed a 1 year contract...I have a business account, I get 15% off of my voice plan and 19% off of Data plan. I got a free leather holster for coming back to AT&T from T-mobile. I have great service and No drop calls yet........ Bad deal from me......
