the 8900 will definitely be part of AT&T's lineup...they were the first to get the curve and you know they will get there paws on the curve2

Map, your saying that ATT will get the 8900 first?

I get the impression that TMO will have it first, because of this:

Were do you get your information from?

I'm sure you're both right in that AT&T will get it eventually (they seem to get their grubby claws on all the good phones).

But general consensus is that TMO will be first, and probably only for a while.

I'm seriously temped to pull an 8320 from craigslist or ebay to use for a few months.
My filler (a Samsung flip that does next to nothing) is getting on my nerves.

Neo, no Tmobile will have it first (as far as we know) but I'm saying you know that at&t will get there paws on this not too far after

How much did you pay for it?
The cheapest Curves I can find for sprint are around $250, which isn't bad, but I still wouldn't call it cheap.

If you live in a big city, try craigslist. I live in Houston, TX, and found a cheap, BNIB gold curve to hold me over till this comes out.

I'm a hour from a large-ish city (Portland, OR), so that is a feasible option.

I just found an 8330 on Craigslist for $220, and am considering it.

Any phone running EDGE speeds is a no go for me every time my friend asks me to download. A app for him I have to psyche myself up to do it first its the slow web page load then its the painfully slow download speed you end up putting the phone down and coming back later I can't do it I don't know about anyone else speed test from my experiance edge and even wifi can't compete with CDMA other then that the phones hot~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Well, I'm stuck with Sprint for another month at least, probably longer.

I'll probably wait until the 8900 drops on TMO before I switch.
I want to get it for the contract price.

I can't wait. I've been with tmo for 8+ years and I love the service though I can't make. Calls at home and if I can make calls using my router that would make everything much easier. )~
