I'm pretty sure when I first got the curve I was able to do this but I don't remember. When I open up mass storage mode there are only folders for music, pictures, videos, ringtones, same with the roxio media manager.

i'd like to save a word document to my curve but am not sure where on the phone it would go if i could

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

You won't be able to open it on your bb. You are using your bb as a flash drive to transport it from pc to pc. How bout just emailing it to yourself?

That's true, but you cant access your media card when its plugged into the PC. When you disconnect from the PC you should have no problem viewing anything you moved to the phone.
