Thumbs up It's on the UPS truck somewhere!

So my new Curve is on the UPS truck some where. I have been tracking my package and it is out for delivery, ahh the anticipation. I Keep checking the website because the ups delivery personnel run up to the door knock once leave the package and they are gone. I guess it's the sitting and waiting part that sucks but I know it will be rewarding. Am I the only one who does such a thing?

I like www.packagemapping.com for checking status of all parcel carriers with tracking numbers. Uses the Google Maps API.

Geez, I remember anxiously waiting for my 8120 I won in that contest. I was logging in to UPS.com all day everyday. I couldn't hardly wait. Glad yours is on the way today, I know the feeling!

popo - I know the feeling. When I was waiting on my Curve to arrive, I went cursing through my neighborhood looking for the UPS man. I took me about 10min to find him, after which I followed him another 5 min to his next stop!! I just couldn't wait! Luckily my office is in my neighborhood, so I know our UPS man, and he didn't mind pulling my phone from his truck.

    Good luck with the wait!

Wow I know that feeling tracking down the ups man! I have done that with golf clubs I needed them and had a golf outting that day and couldn't wait. I called the local office and spoke with the manager. I told her hey can I find your delivery guy and get my package. She really didn't want to but I told her that I was a police officer and really needed my package. It was close to the end of my shift and was heading to the course after work. I did that once also when I used to have nextel I couldn't wait for my new phone, the old one had a mishap. Ohh well anxiously waiting, mowing the grass looking, waiting, for the ups truck to round the corner. I kinda hope I get the grass done before the ups truck gets here. If it comes before the grass isn't going to get finished today.

Question Just got my Curve from the UPS man now what????

Ok so coming from a Pearl to a Curve is there anything special I have to do. LIke the software disk do I have to do that or what? Is the desktop manager different for each BB? I already backed up my Pearl data so I am good as far as that is concerned.

Do you have e-mail addresses set up through BlackBerry Internet Service? If so, you'll need to go in there and change your PIN and IMEI numbers to change your device, then re-send service books to push these e-mail addresses to your new device.
