    internet brower issues. please help

    Hey stackers, just the other day I went to start up my browser and got an error message saying I don't have any browser service book configuration entries or something like that. If I hit ok and "go to" another site it'll still work but every now and then that message will come up and not let me go anywhere. Anyhelp would be awesome

    Have you tried resending the service books? ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    Try logging into your BIS and resending service books.

    Moderncowboy, when I go through everything on that link it just updates mmy email accounts. Doesn't say anything about brwser service book entries

    Not a VZW user, but there should be an area on there that allows you to
    "Resend Service Books".
    Click on that and this will send what is needed to your device.

    "If you are experiencing difficulties sending or receiving email from your BlackBerry device, send service books to your device. If the problems continue, contact your carrier customer support center."--- this is what comes up when I log into my BIS and click on the service book icon. I'm still not finding anything for my internet browser. Would it be something I'd have to get direct from verizon?

    If you have still had no luck go to options advanced options host routing table and click menu then register.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
