Im about to throw my BB out the window

My phone ha started to piss me off recently. Most of the time whenever I send/recieve a text, I put the phone in the sleeve. When I take it out the sleeve and check my texts, they are all gone. Ive tried to check the options to see what I can do, but Im not too good with that.

I have a BB Curve 8310 and I have a 2G micro SD that is holding HELLA pictures.

If anyone can help, that would be great because I am either losing unread texts, or I am losing the history if my texts. Anyway I can like reboot my phone so this problem stops. THX

    bimmer,

Go to Options>Status and post back what the File Free number is. I'm guessing that you're running low on memory here.

Welcome to PinStack, by the way!

Your subject title to thread had me laughing. I used to think the same thing about my Windows phones.

Definately check the free memory. There are many threads on the Stacks that have how to's on freeing up memory.

For starters, download quickpull. Then you can set it to reboot your phone nightly or whenever is convenient for you. This will help keep your Berry's memory freed up and give you a better experience.

Free up the memory. Alt + L G L G and clear your event log. Get rid of the old emails, texts and things. Clear out the themes you don't ever use. This should get you some memory back.

Quickpull is nice for a batt pull app.

Sorry about your problems - I am sure relieving the memory of your BB will help.
But if you still feel the same, I'll send you a self-addressed box, all expenses air-mail paid for, and you can send it my way to Portugal...
But, nah, I'm sure you'll reconsider. Stick with it - there is no substitute.

WOW, you guys respond fast. Im a member to many bmw forums and they take forever to respond. And IF i throw my BB out, it'll be outside my house here in Cali.

Yea, now that I saw it there is a big fat 0 for free memory. What exactly do I remove to bring back memory? Like pics, messages, etc...? THX GUYS
