Question ICQ for 8330...will this ever be released?

Some of you may be wondering who still uses ICQ, but I actually have a lot of friends in Asia where ICQ is the most popular chat program. When ever I try to install ICQ on my Sprint 8330, I get a message that my phone does not meet the minimum requirements for the installation. Funny thing is that I already have the ICQ service books on my phone (I download someone else's service books that had all the chat programs included). I wonder if there is a non OTA install file for ICQ. I'm sure if I were able to install it onto my phone, it would work since I have the service books already installed, but it seems you can only do an OTA installation. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    On your BlackBerry, go to:
    http://mobile.blackberry.com
and click on the link "Instant messaging for BlackBerry Smartphones".

If ICQ is available for your device, it will show up on the next page.

Instango supports ICQ and it's free. It's a multi-service IM client for BB's.

That Uh-Oh sound is so annoying and the tic-tic-tic like on a typewriter isn't much better...

Have you tried a Google search for it? ICQ Sound search
