Html email images not auto-loaded on 8300 os 4.5.0.52

Although i have set it up to be auto loaded, the images are still not showing initially ( only the images spaces are reserved with a phone icon). I have to manually to do "get images" thru menu, then a message appears:

Downloading internet images can expose your address.
    Continues?
    yes
    no

select yes then all images in the email be loaded. I have done all tricks I know including resending service book.

Can anyone help on this issue? I am on 8300 ATT with OS 4.5.0.52. Thanks!

I believe we're all in the same boat with that issue. Hopefully that will be resolved with future releases.

External images still require you to click on the menu button and select get images. Only embedded images can be set to download automatically.

^^Correct^^ and the reason you have to click on "get image" is so that you may control the amount of data that you use. Which, if you think about it, is a very smart idea. I mean, think about those without unlimited data. It's nice for them.

I thought I had seen where Empower released an upgrade. BBSmart won't work with os 4.5.

I do not see this option? I went to mail the OPTIONS> but from there I looked under GENERAL, EMAIL SETTINGS, EMAIL RECONCILIATION AND SPELL CHECK and did not see what you are all talking about...

It should be under Email Settings under Enable HTML Email.

I don't have this option in my email settings. I also don't even have the option when viewing an HTML email to download images. Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it?
