sorry- I meant to send this as a new thread.
    --------

My son changed some settings yesterday and as result, I need to Resend Service books. I cannot forward any emails, which was same problem a week ago. But when I go into my Personal Email Set up I end up in an AT&T site. Last week I had no problem following the instructions below. Am I going to the wrong place now? Will appreciate any help. thanks, Robt

"go to your webmail account where you set up your email and there is an option for service books...click it and then click resend service books idk if you set it up from your device or not so which ever way you set up your email thats where you will go."

Go to the AT&T BIS site, login, and then on the left side, click "Send Service Books".

You can Google "AT&T BIS" or go here as I went ahead and googled it for you :

    http://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular

Post back if you have any more problems.

I'm sorry to be fuzzy, but I have no record of a User Name and Password for AT&T login. Would that be one of my email addresses?

Your login could be anything, doesn't have to be an email (mine isn't).

You COULD actually go to your Email Setup and setup the accounts again... just an option.

You can also click "Require Assistance" on the BIS page and call the number shown. They can reset your information.
