I have a lot of applications on my Curve and I dislike having ... BlackBerry Curve forum
How do you save folders, etc. when resetting phone?
I have a lot of applications on my Curve and I dislike having all the applications spread around all over the place so I create folders to keep things organized. Also, I use the bb today-plus theme and I love having my top 5 applications easily accessible at my home scren, but after I reset the phone, the folders I create disappear and the programs I have lined up in order for my bb today-plus theme are out of order again - it is as if I never created folders, etc.
Is there anyway I can "save" my setting instead of having to do things all over again? I tried to do a forum search re: my question, but no luck.
All the views ... I'm guessing no one knows???
I tried to back up my information and then restore it, but it does not work...
It's a pain always having to redo my settings the way I want them...

When you restore your settings after backing up your bb, it should make your bb the same way it was before, settings, folders and everything. You have to restore to a previous date, a date which you still had your folders on your bb.
Thanks for the reply, Kyo0tdemon...
For some reason, when I back up and restore my settings, it doesn't restore my settings and my phonebook is all but erased... oh well...
