Are you saying that you see the icon indicating that you have new messages, but when you check, there are actually no messages in your incoming mailbox? I think you will need to delete all of your service books with your email accounts and re register it. Also, re route your host routing. Do a battery pull as well, but wait a minute or so. I get that problem all the time. Further, how much memory do you have on your bb right now? (Hold down ALT + SHIFT + H and scroll to the bottom where it says file free.) I've had the same thing happen to me before. I ended up resetting up my email accounts. Eventually, I just did battery pulls and it did the trick.
