Find the latest OS for all devices here:

    http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ll_models.html

    How to upgrade here:

Just read through the instructions carefully, and if you have questions, ask before you start your upgrade.

Or since you have tmobile you can go to tmobile.com/bbupgrade for the OS.

-Be sure to do a back-up before you do anything.

Yes... Be very patient and don't forget to do a backup just in case. Good luck with your upgrade, let us know how it comes out. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

The best place to do it is to go to T-Mobile.com and go to upgrades section for your phone and download the new desktop manager and the new OS, even if you dont download the new OS, the manager will install it for you. It will auto backup your phone and I think this is the best way to go as far as upgrading as I didnt have any issues anyone else is having.
