Ok so i have the BB Curve 8320 from T-Mobile. I was in the middle of an update and i knocked the phone off the desk. The screen went blank and the desktop manager gave me a fatal error message and said try again. So i did and now when it is done running the update all i have is like an old looking version of an OS on my phone. Its black and white. And i have no idea on how to fix this and of course the folks over at T-Mobile have no idea what they are talking about! Can anyone help me please?

First go into c/program files/common files/research in motion/app loader and locate the loader icon. Connect your device and try to run the loader. If this doesn't work then I would suggest wiping the device and starting from scratch.

Good deal. Nice when the fix is that easy. Will also log it in my memory banks for future reference.
