This is not a very helpful answer.. What have you tried so far? Have you tried a battery pull? What happened prior to the whitescreen, have you loaded any new apps, or themes?

Have you tried a safe mode boot??

To complete this, pull the battery and then reinsert it while holding down the key that has the back arrow on it(between trackpad and Red phone usually) continue to hold it down until the boot is complete and your prompted that you are in safe mode. If it was a bad app or theme you can delete it from this mode, or possibly run other diagnostics on the device, such as reading the event log.

Let me know if I can help more. . .

You can try reloading your OS through DM. Plug in your device and remove the battery then start your OS upload just before the reboot finishes reinstall your battery being careful not to unplug the device.

Awesome - As long as I've used BlackBerrys, I've never known about this. I just tried it on my 9780, and it works. Learn something new every day!

What happened prior to the white screen? Did you install a new app, upgrade the OS, or upgrade an app?

Did you drop the device, remove it from a tight pocket, expose it to moisture, or anything else that could have been physical damage?

We will need more information to determine if the problem is software or hardware related.
