I have a BlackBerry Curve 8330 (Sprint) that I'm trying to use Shrink-A-OS on.

I'm trying to install and while I can successfully shrink it to my liking, I cannot install it afterwards. I go into Desktop Manger and it shows me 186, 175, 131, however none of the are listed as a local installation. Every time I try to install the new OS, Desktop Manager goes and downloads a clean copy from somewhere else and thus my changes don't take effect.

Is there any way I can force my copy to be installed on the phone? It worked perfectly on my old 8330 but I just can't get it to install on the new one.

Note: I've tried disabling my network card and one of two things happens:
Using Desktop Manger: The software thinks the phone is up-to-date and refuses to do anything.
Using Loader.exe: The OS installs but there are still no changes.

Can anyone shed some light on this? It's very frustrating.
