    Hey Silverdreams... I am glad to see that you have you BB Curve up and running smooth again. I experienced the same exact problem with my data service a few weeks back. Although my problem was resolved by going into an at&t store and having one of the reps replace my SIM. Once he replaced my SIM, I started receiving back e-mails and tons of service book activation e-mails instantaneously. I have the slightest idea what at&t is currently doing with their service at this particular time but I do know they need to straighten up really fast... Lol

    the only downside is, somewhere some RSC is gonna be out for blood when he sees a chargeback on a BB data feature at the end of the month. I have yet to see a CSR that puts the feature back under the correct comp code!!!!!!!

    hehe that is true, but come on reality how many times have we actually seen our codes stay on the same account for whol entire probation period

    hahaha...very true. i can count on one finger who many times care or another rep has deleted a feature provisioned by me and been nice enough to put it back under my code.

    As long as the CSR knows their head from a hole in the wall then no, deleting and readding a feature should not effect your bill at all. If you run into a CSR thats new or just doesn't care (no pun intended) you could see some proration charges on your next bill. But these are very easy to get waived/credited.

    Would I be able to get some credit, I saw my 1st bill and I'm like what the fudge????

    3rd rep I spoke too supposedly changed my pda plan to bb plan but next day come to find out, no plan was changed and she told me "well their is nothing I can do on my end, call back 2marrow when the data CSR's are in.....I'm not bad mouthing ATT ok, its just that I have like 3 pro-rated charges??

    Can any ATT CSR help me?
