I got my phone replaced today at verizon. When I got home I realized I did not even have a browser Icon on my phone. Is there a download somewhere so that I can put the browser stuff back on my phone?

    thanks

The browser icon is usually populated by your carrier when it is registered with the network. You might need to either A. Call Verizon and have them add your new PIN and ESN to your BIS (Blackberry Internet Solution) account or B. Log into your BIS account and update the ESN and PIN yourself. Once that is done, the network should enable the browser icon.

Also resend the service books from your device by going to Setup Internet Email, then Service Books, then Send Service Books.

Or also go to Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, highlight the bold entry, then press the Menu button and select the Register Now! Option.
