I know that to wipe you can go to Options>Security Options>General Settings and the hit the menu key and select wipe handheld to clear everything off.

Have you tried backing it up using Desktop manager? I use a Mac so I am not exactly sure how to backup contacts with a PC.

    Good luck!

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~Use desktop manager, choose backup. That should save all your info.

No my SIM has no phone #'s in it. They are all stored in the phone.

If you sync your phone book with Outlook your contacts should already be on your computer. Just make sure to make a backup before you wipe your curve clean.

    Re: Help!

Open up your desktop manager, go to the sync and there should be a option to configure. Make it sync to outlook. You should be good to go after that. Make sure for the first time (just to be safe) make it export, the arrow should be pointing from address book to outlook. After that you can make it "sync" for future sync's.

    Good luck.
