For the second time my 8900 has lost it's os and this time my computer can't connect to it in order to reinstall. I am running the 4.6 os. Can anyone help me with this right now I am about to go back to my 8310 because it doesn't look like I can revive it this time around.

    Please help me

I think what he meant is how did it lose it's os? Were you doing something like installing an app or upgrading the os or, did you just wake up one morning and it was like that?

I had a bad os install once and my computer couldn't even see my phone to try to reload it. There is a way to get around that it post somewhere on here I'll try looking. What is the app error number? It should have a number above or below the circle with the line through it.
