    Grey Pictures "help"

    I finally had the time to take a few pictures but when I opened up the photo's in the Media Manager they were grey.

    Any suggestions would be great

    by any chance did you switch the camera option to black and white?
    with the camera on, click menu and choose options
    in that menu is where you will change tihe 'color effect'

    Sure didn't CherriChiodo, but it seem to be working now. I closed out the media Manager then opened it back up. Not sure what happen

    Im having the same problem. Im a graphic nerd, so i thought i knew what i was doing. I have transferred the photos via media manager and also directly off the microSD card via a card reader.
    Paintshop, photoshop,window pic and fax, - every program i have shows the pics taken as a grey blank, yet on my phone they are there and in colour.

    any ideas?

    is encryption turned on? if it is turn it off.

    should be located under options and media card.
