    no camera... personally id go with either an 8900 curve or a bold... bold is preferable because it is 3g compatible... they cost a little more but they are complete devices...

    one more thing to consider... i dont think the 8820 is a quad band world phone... you may want to confirm that...

    also remember that a wifi enabled device doesnt mean you can do everything over wifi... depending on your carrier, you may or may not be able to access blackberry services over wifi... which means that you'll only be able to browse over wifi, so that is mostly a redundant feature for me...

    if i had a choice between a curve 8310 and the 8820, i would definitely go with the curve... its cheaper, its quad band, has the camera and has the gps that i need most... it doesnt have wifi, but wifi is of no use to me...

    I agree with this, except that in my case, built-in wi-fi was more important to me (Tmo and all), and I figured a transferable GPS puck would be a good buy.
